To sell products on the 01supply marketplace, you must create an account here.

Once you have a supplier account, you can start using 01supply, publish your products, collect payments, etc…


Your inventory is where you can manage and add products. To add product check our guide here.


The order tab gathers all your orders. You can click on an order to get more details.

Here is what you can find:

  • Product details
  • Quantity
  • Payment details
  • Shipping information
  • Note from the reseller
  • Analytics regarding the sale

Once an order is shipped, you can add the tracking number to the order to mark it as fulfilled. To fulfill an order, check our guide here.


Ma boutique

In this section, you can add information about your store.

First, add branding to customize your store appearance. Add an image, a store name, and a store description.

You can also add your social media. This helps resellers learn more about you. It builds trust and opens new opportunities for business cooperation.

Afterward, you can add details about your company, your products, your team, etc…  For example, tell the resellers how you craft your products, who is working with you. You can also add images and videos to illustrate all that.

The more you share, the easier it is for resellers to trust your business and to work with you.

Finally, you can apply for 01supply certifications. Certifications allow you to get a visibility boost on the marketplace.

Two certifications are available :

  • The ECO certification
  • The HANDMADE certification

Shipping methods are very important to manage shipping destinations, zones, and prices. You can learn more on how to set up shipping methods by reading this guide here.

Your information

In order to start selling on 01supply, you are required to fill in legal information.

Having a company and filling in your company information opens more opportunities as more resellers will be able to work with you. If you don’t have a company yet, we recommend you take steps to go this way. It is often cheaper than we think and it offers more business opportunities and flexibility.


Depending on the plan you reach, you will pay different transaction fees. The more products you publish, the fewer fees you pay.

  • Paypal
  • Bank transfer
